Our Story

From a Beirut counter to a Holborn obsession

Swiss Butter began with a single conviction: that a steak doesn't need a hundred sides or a tasting menu to be unforgettable. It needs the right cut, a perfect plate of fries — and a sauce worth queuing for.

That sauce, a butter-based blend of 33 herbs and spices, was born in Beirut and has crossed the Middle East and Europe gathering a cult following at every stop. Now it's in Holborn, in a room of exposed brick, copper pipework and a live kitchen at its heart.
